The blog I found related to my field (math) is the following:
http://mathforum.org/teachers/middle/
This blog has numerous resources/columns for mathematics teachers: teacher 2 teacher, teacher exchange, lesson plans, activities, and so forth. The teacher 2 teacher column hyperlinks to sites and pages that are full of ideas and resources for teaching mathematics. However, teacher exchange column impressed me the most which contained full of resources that math teachers have successfully used in classes. This page is organized into grade levels and since I'm looking more toward teaching junior high school students, I took a look at the follow-up pages and links around this age levels. All the resources were further broken down into individual concepts of math and stated the useful/practical implications such as the activity/work duration, materials, standards, assessments, and etc.
I thought this was quite a useful blog which contains various practical resources that any educator in the mathematical fields may refer to and be nourished.
